Written off by the previous owner, the wood has already had quite a life. We travel throughout Europe looking for wood that is suitable for doors, among other things. Origin of the old wood
Because of its robust look, a door made of barnwood, for example, adds a lot of character to your home. We obtain barnwood mainly from Alpine countries such as Austria and Switzerland. If you choose to have your old wood door made from old wagon boards, these often come from old freight trains from Croatia, Poland, Germany and France. In addition, it is also possible to have your new door made from railroad sleepers; we also often import these from the countries mentioned above.
